In yet another first for this blog we're posting this week's entry from my iPhone!
H and I are off to Lanza for some much needed sun and even more vital bike miles :)
Laptops are packed though so hopefully we'll get the time to make a few much needed updates and write those posts we keep promising to do.

Tom is a lecturer in sport and exercise science at the University of Leeds and Helen is a freelance photographer specialising in celebrity portraits and film & television unit photography (www.helenturton.co.uk). Whilst on a surfing holiday to Lanzarote in 2005 they found themselves cheering on a thousand crazy triathletes competing in the Lanzarote Ironman. Within six months they had both taken swimming lessons, bought road bikes and entered their first ever multisport event... the famous BallBuster duathlon.

Have a great time and enjoy those hills and the wind. If I wasn't in Oz I'd be very jealous. I managed 20hrs on the bike last week. Ozzer
